Gastrich just gets more pathetic by the day |
Let's take a look at the more recent post by Gastrich, who no longer
even has the courage to sign as "Fraud Buster," having been exposed on
that score:
http://groups.google.com/group/Malebogecom/msg/727cf893e2822bfb
According to ICANN's rules, each person who holds a
domain name must register their current and correct
address with a domain name registrar. These records
are kept online and can usually be found with a WhoIs
search.
In a recent message, Dave Horn admits that his address
on file with the maleboge.org domain name is old and
incorrect. Since Horn is an avid reader of Maleboge.com,
after he reads this post, we deeply hope he brings his
site into legal order. His registrar will be contacted, so
they too can encourage him to legally operate his web site.
So Gastrich wants me to bring my "site" into "legal order?" That's
very interesting...and typically hypocritical.
It has been pointed out several times that Gastrich is operating his
ministry illegally. Having registered in the State of California as a
corporation, Gastrich is required to keep his records updated,
including ensuring that a current address is provided to the state.
Take a look here:
http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAllList?QueryCorpNumber=C2292276
Notice that the address is the Judson Street address in San Diego.
Gastrich, being the coward that he is, usually hides behind toll free
phone numbers and PO boxes, but the State of California requires a
business to have a physical address.
Gastrich has moved his "ministry" several times in the last few years,
from San Diego to El Cajon, California, apparently to Lakeside,
California, allegedly to Pasadena, and now is planning a move back to
the San Diego area this fall.
( The best available evidence is that he already resides in San Diego.)
I exposed Gastrich's failure to comply with the *law* in the third
message from the bottom on this page at Infidel Guy,
http://www.infidelguy.com/ftopic-21952-days0-orderasc-160.html
Gastrich, of course, has no acknowledged that message and has made no
attempt to rebut it. This is especially amusing since Gastrich
peppered his commentary with several boasts and claims, including two
that I must "love a beating" and that he would take me to the
"woodshed, again."
At any rate, Gastrich is in violation of the state *law* when it comes
to the running of a corporation in the State of California, and since
he reads both the Durango Bill page, and obviously, he reads what I
write in response to other people (something he has said he doesn't
bother to do), he's known this for quite some time. He has
deliberately and flagrantly remained out of compliance with the law.
His manner of revenge for pointing this out is to cite an ICANN rule of
which I was previously not aware, but which no longer applies, anyway,
for a couple of reasons, not the least of which is that the
maleboge.org name has expired.
That's right, folks, no one owns "maleoboge.org" at this time. The
domain name has been expired for a least a couple of weeks.
You see, in his zeal to find something--anything--that he can complain
about, and thinking he has something in a some rule that, while I admit
makes sense, is unknown to me, Gastrich overlooked a very important
little data point. The domain is expired.
Even if we forget all of that, it's important to note that this isn't
the first time that Gastrich has tried to excuse or get around his own
*lllegal* behavior by pointing fingers at the allegedly illegal
behavior of others. But against whom is Gastrich's standard to be
measured? Mine? Jesus's? As usual, Gastrich is so intent on covering
up his own lies and short-comings that he forgets that sort of thing.
It never occurs to him. That's yet more evidence that he's not a
Christian and has no business presuming to run a Christian "ministry."

Another little detail that Gastrich conveniently overlooked, or was too
stupid to remember: There is no "web site" with the maleboge.org
domain name. There never was. We never got it finished before we
allowed the domain name to expire.
I have referred to the coming web site a few times, and a few times
I've referred to it as "maleboge" for convenience, but there never has
been a web site. There *is* a discussion group, but one can call a
Google2 group pretty much anything (Gastrich stole the maleboge name
and calls his Google2 group, "maleboge.com"--he even paid for the
domain, using a P.O. Box address, of course).
Gastrich fancies himself a "web designer" and web host, so this is a
distinction that should not have escaped him. Then again, niggling
little details--such as the *truth*--do tend to get by him, especially
when he engages in rhetoric.
So let's recap: Gastrich is breaking the *law* when it comes to
running a corporation in the State of California. I've pointed that
out a few times. In retailiation, rather than take steps to bring
himself into compliance (he's afraid to do that, because we will then
know his actual physical address--you can't use a P.O. Box with the
Secretary of State), he complains that I have violated an ICANN *rule*
with respect to a domain registration that is *expired* and for a site
that has never existed.
It doesn't get much funnier than that, folks.

Gastrich;: so incompetent, he should be awarded a no-bid contract from
Bush.
