Gawd Fucks up human AIDS immunity bigtime |
In a continuing series of setbacks for the fraudulent pseudo-science
falsely advertised as "intelligent design" creationism, it's been
discovered that a single amino acid substitution in a human gene locus
may confer virtual immunity to AIDS type 1. That suggests a staggering
irresponsibility and criminal incompetence on the part of a god who
would let millions of people die due to his defective product
workmanship.

that atheists don't believe your god exists - Not to mention that "spiritual
death" is part of your religion, not the lack thereof.

No, warnings are a completely separate issue. Warning a toddler not to
play with matches still does not excuse a parent for irresponsibly
leaving match books all over the house, in easy reach of the kid.
Furthermore, your assertion that god gave the warning in the first place
is untrue. AIDS is not caused by homosexual activity. It can just as
easily be spread by heterosexual sex, blood transfusions, organ
transplants, the birthing process, IV needle use, etc. Your god did not
warn that all of these things should be avoided, or that accidentally
pricking ones finger would result in a potentially fatal disease like
AIDS. Rather, if we are to believe moronic creationists, he
intentionally made us all susceptible to this disease when he didn't
have to.
Anyway, by your standard, if we cure AIDS, that would suggest that it
should now be alright to have sex however and with whomever we want.
Will god then change his standard? Do you really think that gawd was
using biological warfare against human beings just to prevent them from
getting a little nookie? How does that make him better than Saddam
Hussein?

He gave no such warnings. By the testimony of the ludicrous Genesis
story they did not have knowledge of good and evil until after they
consumed the magic munchie. Furthermore, gawd did not specify the
consequence of their disobedience, even if adam and eve were able to
understand that sans a knowledge of good and evil. BTW, knowledge of
good and evil is different than actual good or actual evil. It's not
clear that it is automatically wrong to disobey the will of god.

No it doesn't. All that it assumes is that it constitutes some form of
injury, which it clearly does. Gawd is responsible for that injury
making him imperfect and liable for the suffering and misery of innocent
people, including young children who didn't yet even have definite
beliefs of their own about any god character.
