Gay marriage -- Fisting -- Comedy Central |
Anyone catch the "Daily Show" last night on Comedy Central?
Wow.
Ed Helms did a "special report" on gay marriage where he
interviewed religious whack-job Brian Camenker.
I tried to see if the video was online, but they either have the
worst website in the universe, or Comcast is at it again. Check
http://www.comedycentral.com yourself, as more than likely
the problem is Comcast (again).
Anyhow, Brian Camenker is best known as the certified
pervert who showed up with a "Friend" at a safe-sex seminar
for gay teens, and then asked a question about fisting. Brian
and his, um, his "Friend" later misrepresented everything they
did, inventing a "scandal" which until this day the lunatic
right-wing still refers to as "Fistgate."
Of course, it helped that Brian cares even less about the law
than he does about honesty, secretly recording people at the
event without their consent (though somehow failing to report
the fact that he and his fellow pervert asked the "fisting"
question to begin with).
All I will say is that the psycho, Brian Camenker, does a
pretty good job at ripping himself apart.
For more information of "Fistgate" click here:
http://tinyurl.com/9u9ts
And it's hard to believe from reading some of these, but it
was a safe-sex workshop for gay teens, which took place
at Tufts University.
Many of Camenker's fellow psychos (perhaps inspired
by his own lack of integrety) transformed this into a
"Fisting lesson" for "Children" which took place "in school."

Couldn't find the video on their website (the piece was titled
"Mass.Hysteria"), but did come across another video where
Ed Helms allows the editor of WorldNutDaily to make a
fool of himself. That piece is titled "The Gaying of America."
Of course, somewhere on the website is also the piece on
gay penguins, where only-closeted-to-himself anti gay
activist dubbed reacher Paul Cameron reveals himself to
be a complete nut job.
Anyhow, have fun!

Priceless, although personally I think Ed missed a major
oportunity to let him run with the "everyone has had
fantasies" line. That could have really knocked it out
of the park.
But once more, this begs the question: who did this guy
*think* he was being interviewed by?

I ask myself that often when watching The Daily Show...

It's amazing anybody is taking any of these nut jobs seriously at all.
But, well, the more loony toons the religious reich proves itself to be,
the better...

Do a google search on "Brian Camenker." You'll find things
like...
His own private "group"
http://www.article8.org/
His relationship to "the Massachusetts News" (which makes
Fox "news" look fair & balanced in comparison) is unclear,
chiefly because I can't stomach looking at these maggots long
enough to do the proper research. But he's certainly close
enough to them to qualify for a gay marriage of his own.

Unfortunately, no. The mission of these perverts is to make
anyone to the left of them (that is to say, all right-wing
extremists outside of mental institutions & sex clubs) look
"Moderate" in comparison.

I did. I'm still somewhat nauseated.

On the other hand, much of the right wing has had to tone down their
attacks for fear of sounding like the extremists. And the public--even if
it may be just pretension--doesn't want to believe itself to be "mean."
The more Fred Phelps show up, the more the right will have to run from its
own positions. <eg>
There are right-wing extremists outside of mental institutions and sex
clubs? Are you *sure?
(One thing I learned from my fundie days is that what's going on behind
the piety is often worse than what they're bitching about other people
doing)

Holy smokes. You're right. This hysterical conspiracy site makes
LieSiteNews and WorldNutDaily look like fair and balanced journalism.
I bet this is one the outfits funding all these staged events and
bogus lawsuits.

Yep I saw that and had a great laugh> I looked for it on the website
this morning but it appears that their videos are a couple of days
behind the broadcast schedule as the newest one was the Mike Wallace
interview on the show.
