one of them, David Iglesias, was fired ostensibly for "rampant
absenteeism".
For spending 40+ dyas/ per year with the US Naval Reserve.

We know Bush doesn't like people who serve in the armed forces. He
short-changes them on equipment, supplies, medical care, he spent as
little time on active duty a he could get away with, he acts like war
is as much a game as running the country ...
