is no doctrine to atheism. It is a lack of belief in the
existence of a god or gods. That's all. Any philosophy an
individual atheist follows is up to them as an individual
and has nothing to do with their atheism, though it may
be influenced by it. By the way, Granny or whatever you
are calling yourself from one moment to the next, please
provide evidence of the existence of a god of any kind.
We'd love to see it - something new, that is; not the same
old disproven stuff we see over and over and over again.
If you can't, you have nothing to say about it. You say
you follow no religion. Are you a deist, a Christian

It is nonsense to say that all members of any particular group
are all the same. I know angry In-Your-Face atheists. I know
atheists who are very kind. I know selfish ones. I know mild
mannered atheists who go out of their way to avoid arguing
about religion - and would certainly never insult anyone just
because they did not share their beliefs.
And most atheists I know fall between all the extremes.
But if you want to trade insults with the angry ones, this is
the place to do it! The more mild mannerred ones have already
killfiled you.
And
that's precisely what they are, dear child - just another group
grasping on to beliefs unsupported by a scintilla of evidence. It
amounts to little more than a "He said, she said" argument, with your
side claiming victory because your *beliefs* are, well, your beliefs.
And aren't we ever so sophisticated? What a joke, It's two sides of
the same coin, and most of you folks are as blindly committed to your
beliefs as any southern Baptist who ever thumped a bible at a tent
revival meeting.

many people, atheism isn't a belief. It's a lack thereof. There is no
dogma or doctrine to atheism, there are no deities. To call atheism a
belief is like calling a fat person a type of thin person. Belief and
atheism are diametrically opposed. As for atheism being an
"unsupported" belief, that's a rediculous argument. It is impossible to
prove a negative therefore your argument is a logical fallacy.
