God has been Misinterpreted and Misrepresented by Religions (Jesus preached change) |
In Regard to God
If God does not read our thoughts, then I have not spoken much with Him. If
He cannot know what I am going to think before I am going to think it, then
He is not God. I assume He knows my heart and motives and I keep a good
conscience most times. Sometimes I get caught up emotionally and work my way
back to control.
As a computer programmer designs a program, they know all the variables and
have some idea of how they interact with each other. They have an idea of
the outcome because of those interactions and knowing what the extreme data
means when put to those variables. When the computer has ran it's course of
the program, then all is printed out as the results, and the programmer
would be in the ball park on most things based on their understanding of the
bigger picture of it's design.
Likewise God never forgets and accumulates all knowledge with infinite
intelligence. As the programmer which remembers and knows all, the variables
and their data values, and their interactions all lead to a foreknowledge of
exactly what will be said and done with every interaction and cause and
effect. Every chain reaction. Every idea, fleeting thought, it's all
foreknown as part of the program of the genetic code and the foreknowledge
of every interaction all would make. That is by knowing all and remembering
all, running that through the logic of knowing every interaction perfectly,
even ahead of it happening. Even ahead of running the program, creation.
Knowledge is the quest to understand. A quest to know how to make things
happen. How to know what will be the results of our labours and plans? Where
to find the life partner? In times of old there were fortune tellers and the
like which would tell fortunes. These however have an influence on the
outcome, making self fulfilling prophecies on one hand, or having the
reverse effect as people wait for it to come to them instead of making it
happen by doing it.
What we truly want knowledge for it is to be able to make plans of our lives
and bring them to pass. To know that the crops will grow and there will be
plenty. To know the weather will be good and all will be safe. These are the
basic things in life, and traditions have passed down a lot of knowledge.
Science has kept records of a lot it with it's own research improvements.
The study of anything reveals deeper levels of understanding, as patterns
stand out and the result of acquired knowledge put into practice is to be
able to predict what will happen when certain variables are set in a certain
way. So once "Established Predictability" is accomplished the rules or laws
of the system are able to be defined and it becomes practical knowledge with
proven results. It then becomes education material to the next generation or
specialist trainee.
The prophecy of Daniel 12:4 says that many will go back and forth and
knowledge will increase. The important factors here are that knowledge
increases by a different variety of inputs. The overview then makes the
common factors stand out and these become the keys of understanding that
knowledge. These are the principles which define the variables and the
values for those in order to achieve a desired outcome. And also the same
variables and the values which produce an unwanted outcome. This same
prophecy says that these things of knowledge are sealed up until the end
times, with the result of it being revealed when knowledge increases.
The understanding of the knowledge keys knows the extremes and balances of
the operating range of the variables. One extreme causes harm, the other
great happiness, and other variations in between. These interact with other
"keys" and their variables, like with the body having several systems, for
digestion and circulation and nerves for starters. Each of these systems
interacts with the others in the major system of a living body. The
application of knowledge so that it fits in well with other systems in play
is the use of wisdom. There of course are varying degrees, and we are always
learning, and always getting wiser. We can learn more from fixing errors
than getting it right.
Jesus taught the people of his day about sowing and reaping. And if you look
at the overview of every word he taught, you will find it is all based on
sowing and reaping. That is of coming to understand that we cause our own
things to happen by what we think, say and do. That is both the good and the
bad come our way by our interactions with others, the world and God. There
are many variables which we effect to bring things back to us. The point of
the whole matter is that we need to understand cause and effect and do the
things which bring the desired outcome.
So once we understand the Key of "Cause and Effect" which is also "Sowing
and Reaping" and in science physics is called "Equal and Opposite Reactions
for Each Action." This principle then becomes the key to gaining
understanding to making decisions. One would then come to understand that we
all need to make decisions which cause good things and not bad things to
happen. Being anything that is not bad is good, at least in easy extremes. A
general theme of Peace on earth and good will to all men.
Understanding the way things interact and how there are "Chain Reactions"
and "Side Effects" as we learn the best ways to do things. With everyone
having unique points of view and the modern world of the computer
Information Age and the Internet, we can share different understandings with
each other. In this way we can research and find proven methods of doing
things. And if we are seeking to do something a newer way, we have these
points of reference to guide our understanding as we delve in deeper in our
learning from life's observations and out right experimentation.
With acquired knowledge and the research facilities we have many things in
front of us to help us make the world a better place. It means there will be
less environmental damage from new ventures due to the knowledge learnt from
previous mistakes and hazards. Such knowledge is not just history or science
text books, but is also the good the bad and the ugly of what is "wrong" to
what is "cost effective" what is "too cheap" and what is "the best long
term". For the foresight from insight is something which will make mankind's
intelligence jump 10 fold. From using less than 10% of his brain power to
being able to see far further than ever before and having a good feel for
the ball park figures with a good gut feeling.
There is a principle which has stood out to me lately and it comes to mind
with the scripture that God will write His law on our hearts and we will no
longer say know the Lord, nor teach each other about Him. This principle
which has stood out to me is one of when I was a child and is still with me
though somewhat ruffled at times. And Jesus did say one must enter the
kingdom like a little child. And the penny drops here. That principle is the
principle of fairness. To want things to be fair.
Consider fairness. We are taught as children to be fair with our brothers
and sisters. We are taught to share and to do what is the right thing to do
in all fairness when we have to make a decision. It does certainly help if
we love the person we are sharing with and wish them good will. In fact as
children we are taught to not use our fists and instead learn to deal with
our problems without violence. Though this does not always work out the way
we like, and it is not always fair, for there are always biases involved,
and this is the perfect time to use the "Make it Fair" rule.
Now consider some factors of God which are integrity, sincerity, justice and
righteousness. The root of all these is fairness. The love of fairness for
all is the love and hunger and thirst for righteousness. Another key to the
"kingdom of heaven" and "it's righteousness." Indeed Jesus taught us about
sowing and reaping. And if we sow to be fair in all we do, then the reaping
should be similarly fair. Jesus also taught on another thing, "Forgiveness"
which was different to "Revenge" which is what also is a branch from the
ugly side of fairness. That is the repay of harm for harm as a fair
repayment of a debt. This is what Jesus frowned upon and told us to forgive
our brothers and to love our neighbours and love our enemies. To break the
cycles of vengeance by turning the other cheek and giving them the benefit
of the doubt. To rather be wronged and forgive, and all learn the lesson
from it.
There is also the desire to blame others. And this can be so much so that
some don't take responsibility for themselves. Jesus taught of the log in
our eye, which causes us to see the speck of the same log in our brother's
eye. This is our own issue which we are in denial about and need to resolve,
and the reminder is in another having it in part. Parents especially see
their own short comings played out in their children which mimic and learn
by mimicking, and also the genetically inherited things.
The words of Jesus have been covered underneath much doctrine. They are
there in the bible. But the interpretation of them is often clouded with
dogma to the institutions variation of it. And seldom is it deeply
understood and practiced by the congregations because it is not taught
effectively. The religiousness replaces the understanding by doing
everything according to traditions and customs. For while we hear these
words, we do not learn so we do them when we are angered. And it is in
learning the skills of how to not making poor decisions when our judgement
is impaired that really makes the difference in everyone's lives. Especially
those in jails.
Jesus also taught us about many antisocial things which only cause trouble.
Making judgements on others, criticising, the religious man thanking God
that he himself was not like "that sinner over there". To which God frowned
upon him.
When all is said and done the principles of Jesus were to teach us to have
the kingdom of heaven here on earth by us treating each other with brotherly
love and respect. The understanding of this was lost on the religiousness of
the era and it was eventually gobbled up by it once again. For Jesus said
the New Wine could not go into Old Wineskins, or it would burst them. And
that many would say the Old Wine is good enough. The two are incompatible
and hence the born again open mind required.
For the old ways were to obey God by fear of what would happen if you didn't.
As compared to obey God because you know it is good for you and everyone. It
is the classic point of view like the glass half full or half empty. Two
points of view one is pleasure and one is pain. To think it is good to have
a half glass. Or to think it is miserable to have only half a glass. There
is some appreciation necessary, a principle of giving of thanks with a
genuine gratitude adds joy and ability enjoy.
If looked at from the negative like the rebel in the movies, with the
dysfunctional negative outlook in a pessimistic attitude, then we will be
miserable and drained of energy as everything becomes a cynical depressive
chore. If we look at it all like a little child with the spirit of
adventure, the joy of that little child will show us the way. To appreciate
the adventure.
So the laws of God including the 10 commandments and all the law and the
prophets message are achieved if we have a sense of fairness along with
appreciation for that fairness existing. Jesus teachings when applied with
modern knowledge and the ability to jump over the hurdles of institutional
dogma, can be seen to have wisdom and understanding in a practical way. They
are not all the answers, and indeed they cannot be given. But they are the
principles to help us find all the answers we need when we apply them by
"asking" the appropriate questions, "seeking" the truthful answers and
"knocking" on the doors of understanding until it all makes sense.
Applying these principles in all we think and do is "The Key" to heaven on
earth. Jesus said he would be with his followers always, even until the end
of the age. The end of that age is also called the harvest time. Also the
Second Coming. This is when the seeds of Jesus teachings will have brought
the understanding to apply them practically and people will be given a
choice. That choice will be do we turn to brotherly love. Or do we keep fear
of punishment as the deterrent for law and order.
Jesus said, "I tell you the truth and the truth shall set you free." That
truth can only set us free when we understand it and how to apply it
practically spiritually. His words are the seeds. We need to come up with
the methods to apply these to our ways.
The old ways were one winner and everyone else a loser in submission to the
winner. That was the way of peace, by conquest and domination. Jesus ways
are inner ways. The kingdom of heaven in our hearts and minds. Jesus ways of
peace are inner peace with fairness before God, and flowing out to brotherly
love and encouragement to our fellow man. Bringing about peace by not having
anything to take out on others (log in own eye parable) as we deal
truthfully with our own issues and grow spiritually. The other factor about
Jesus ways is it is win/win/win and not win/lose as previous.
One of the biggest problems in Jesus day was people accusing others of
things they secretly did. As with the mob wanting to stone the prostitute to
death, he turned it around on them when he said, he who has not sinned cast
the first stone. His lessons were to teach them they had no right to judge
others, especially not to condemn them to death. This theme is in many of
his teachings. Forgiveness for all. For forgiveness means you can learn the
lessons and be better for it. We can do better if we learn.
We all have our issues. We need the saviour's ways to stop ourselves from
being let loose when we are upset. To stop us from justifying our actions
which harm others when we are offended by them. To help us find inner peace
and world peace. Jesus himself is the Prince of Peace. Jesus never said do
violence and didn't condone it.
The end time prophecies are that men will kill men in God's name. Not God's
will, but foreknown as men make decisions. They will be wrong in doing so,
but they will do it as they do not know any better. And those which are
caught up in it are emotionally charged into chain reactions once it is
started. As peace lovers, we are told to not take up the sword, that in
these times those who live by the sword will die by the sword. Remember
Jesus saying the MEEK shall inherit the earth?
The kingdom of heaven is set up on earth. It starts with a 1000 years of
peace for which time all evil is bound up in chains. At the end of the 1000
years it is let free one last time and it rallies a final rebellion for
those which are prone to take up the sword. And it is purged of these by
lightning bolts destroying them. Then the kingdom is an eternal kingdom of
peace for ever and ever with Jesus and the saints ruling the kingdom.
Time will tell whether the second coming of Jesus Christ is internal or
external or both. For there comes a point when enough believers are united
that the ANOINTED ONE the meaning of Christ and Messiah, is living in them
and they are the temple of the Holy Spirit. And the actions they do are as
if God Himself was doing them, through them by His Holy Spirit.
The end of this world is the end of this system of rule. To end the
domination of the beast nature of man, and to step into the god nature of
man, as the children made in the image and likeness of God. As we step into
our inheritance as gods under God. Blessed are the Peace Makers they shall
be called the sons of God. Blessed are the pure of heart they shall see God.
At the End Time as it is called. It is the birth pangs of the New World.
There is a prophecy warning of the antichrist also called the Beast which is
a counterfeit of Jesus and the Christ consciousness. As Jesus is to rule
with a rod of iron and the first thousand years of continuous peace.
Likewise he will seek to bring in peace, but by the old fashioned method of
beast brute force. Jesus said, "My disciples know my voice and they will not
follow another." And also he said, "By their fruits you shall know my
disciples." Earthly physical War is not a fruit of Jesus ways.
However the war is spiritual in people's minds. To get them to see the
bigger picture over the top of all the religious rabble and
misrepresentations of God and see the sense in "Fairness for All" as the
hunger and thirst for righteousness which the kingdom of heaven brings to
us. This total fairness is the concept. The whole system currently based on
wealth will change. Total fairness is all are equal with equal opportunities
and everything is shared. And also everything is gained by responsible
actions. Where everything is good for the whole, and everything is
permissible within the boundaries the base principles. Where all have free
will and not can interfere with another's free will. This curbs the free
will back to it's own natural boundaries.
Total fairness has it's checks and balances. It is the total ideal of the
kingdom of heaven. It fulfils the prophecy that everyone shall have the law
of God written in their hearts. This future includes the tree of knowledge
and the tree of life. Each mentioned in scriptures and each also a science
project based on knowledge increasing. And with them we have long life, the
know how to make better choices, and the freedom and paradise to live our
dreams and have life and life more abundantly.
