'God' in the News |
I've been searching for a re-broadcast of the 'earth-shattering' news that
'God' has been 'found' and has now been unassailably proven to actually
exist. Can't seem to find it. I would *think* every news channel on the
planet would have a 'podcast' or or something providing the 'news' of his
now undeniable existence -- or at least news that he has actually been
'discovered'?
None in German, Greek, English, or 'Tongues'! Imagine that.
Can anyone direct me to a source for mind-jarring news of the actual
discovery of a real, 'true blue' God? Or did I get it wrong? Is it that *no*
TV news broadcast anywhere in
the world has 'confirmed' the existence of 'God' and has provided *no*
actual *proof* of 'Gods' existence?
*Just* the same old 'assertions' without a smidgeon of proof to back it up,
you say? That's *it*? Just the old unsubstantiated claims? Now how in the
world can that be? Irrefutable evidence that 'God' exists and *no* coverage
of that discovery anywhere in the civilized world? Methinks something smell
'rotten in Denmark' -- and I'm *not* talking about Denmark, Wisconsin!
Maybe it was just in all of the scientific journals instead. Maybe 'Nature'
and 'Scientific American' carried this, mind-numbing, 'blockbuster' news and
I just failed to receive the issues.
Well, how about a web-site that has probably been just *overwhelmed* by the
number of 'hits' it's received in providing the first 'real', tangible proof
of 'God'. (Photos, audio, videotape, the whole 'shebang'.)
There *what*???
There *isn't* any such 'material'? *What*???
There's *nothing*, absolutely *no* objective reports of a 'real' God? You
just have to have, *what*?? 'Faith'?!! Well, what the hell! *That* isn't
'proof'! That's pure supposition -- not 'proof'.
You've got to be kidding me! No proof at all? Well, hells, bells.
Then what are all those daffy, brainwashed, religious right nut-jobs who
frequent alt.atheism talking about? I mean 'evidence galore', 'proof beyond
a shadow of a doubt' ... What gives? I thought for *sure* ABC, NBC, CNN, Fox
News, and the BBC (among *some* of the news channels) would have reported
this monumental, staggering news -- in a 'fair and balanced manner', of
course -- to the
entire 'blessed' *world*, wouldn't you think? Hell, for *that* they would
have even cut in on the soap-operas, and *even* 'American Idol for *that*, I
would assume. Or are some people just pulling our leg. That 'God' doesn't
*really* exist but that we are just to *pretend* he does? Is that it? Well
how 'dumb' is that? Why not preach the 'truth' instead of unsubstantiated,
preposterous, and wildly outrageous claims? What good does it do to maintain
one should believe in a supernatural creature the 'maintainer' can't display
in *any* truly detectable form? That's downright 'silly', isn't it? And
deceitful as well. How lame!
(Hmm. Maybe it was on the 'News Hour with Jim Lehrer' and I just dang missed
it! That *must* be it.)

Under the sofa, I think.
With the remote control, and the year old crumbs.

Why didn't they look before? Wasn't he missed? Sorry; that was a silly
question.....

They did. Several times.
You know how it is.
They were in a hurry.
Wasn't he missed? Sorry; that was a silly

His absence merely delayed a few genocides for a couple of days.

None in German, Greek, English, or 'Tongues'! Imagine that.
Can anyone direct me to a source for mind-jarring news of the actual
discovery of a real, 'true blue' God? Or did I get it wrong? Is it that
*no* TV news broadcast anywhere in
the world has 'confirmed' the existence of 'God' and has provided *no*
actual *proof* of 'Gods' existence?
There is one quite humorous.

Except that it is proof of it's NON-existence.
