God is the Spirit of Truth and those who worship him do so in truth |
The Buddha is the Spirit of Truth, and after he passed away became
known in Christian circles as the Holy Ghost.
I made a very minor but important revision in this quoted verse :
Luke:6:35: But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for
nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the
children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the
evil.
In addition to the bold highlight, I added underlines to "the Highest"
and "he is kind" because it cannot be stressed enough that the Father
and his Christ are not murderers, and not destroyers and not
condemners, but masters of conversion and deliverance.
The theists all criticize the Buddha because he is in their eyes a
weakling.
They mistake gentleness and kindness for weakness but praise killing
and murder thinking it to be the true power. And as for the Christians
themselves, the only real reason they say they love Jesus is because
they think he is the Son of God, and they are in ***** kissing mode
because God can grant them all their wishes in heaven. And unless they
hear the word "God", the theist mind will remain unimpressed. Even when
"God" is associated with every evil work and envying and strife and
wrath and killing of even children, they pledge themselves to that
"God" without regard or mercy for any of those whom he orders killed,
choosing instead to speak every lie that they can invent in their
"God"s defense when he unjustly murders people who themselves acted
harmlessly.
So this "God" word has the potential to turn good people into devils.
They throw all sense of morality out the window. They suppose that
their "God" doesn't need to be moral and that the law and the dhamma
doesn't apply to their "God" and they continue to kill whomever it
pleases their "God" to have killed in his service and worship.
Take a look at many of the examples of the cruelty of the Old Testament

And see how the teachings of Christ, the Son of the Blessed One, oppose
the cruelty of the "God of Israel" of the Old Testament. The actions
of the "God of Israel" of the Old Testament do not share that same kind
and gentle Spirit of the Highest taught by his Christ -- who came to
try to save those who were under the bondage of the Old Testament laws
and to try to deliver them and indeed the whole world from
unrighteousness and death (the wages of unrighteousness) by revealing
to them the true doctrine of his Father who is greater than all, whom
they did not know and whose kind, gentle and forgiving nature Christ
attempted to convert them towards.
John:16:1: These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be
offended.
2: They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that
whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
3: And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known
the Father, nor me.
