Pretty funny.
For question 3 I'd include the option "Never received god in first
place" and the follow checkboxes
*Requires me to cut off part of my pee-pee
*Is an Archie Bunker Style Misogynist
*2000 years late returning to earth.
For question 4 I'd include:
*Needed to dry out from booze or drugs
*Wished to substitute the god addiction for some other other less
socially acceptable obsession, like gambling, pornography, bugger little
boys, etc.
*Girlfried/Boyfried/Wife/Husband wouldn't give me sex unless I converted
*Masochistic Desire to experience the degradation of another abusive
relationship.
*Forgot to take psychoactive medications
*Bribed by imaginary reward of heaven and intimidated by imaginary
threat of hell
*They sure have tasty donuts and coffee at church
For question 6 I would include:
*The porcelain god/goddess
*One's own reflection in the mirror and/or the sound of one's own voice

Archie Bunker was a kitten compared with the character theyhe was
copied from - Alf Garnet in 'Til Death Us Do Part on British
television.
