extradition of the Kopps. He took the death penalty off the
table without a fight and kept them alive.
Enough evidence exists that they can try, convict and execute

deal that keeps him alive.
They're sending a clear message on "justice", all right: If
you're one of us, if you commit crimes we approve of but don't
