Object: Graduating engineers and scientists
So, we now find that the United States dropped from the number 3 slot to
number 15 in per capital graduation of engineers and scientists. Thanks,
religious cult morons, for assisting in turning the US into a third world
shitheap.

Even worse, apparently scientists and other highly educated
students who do manage to be produced by the USA are fleeing the
country to work elsewhere. Visas for students to come and learn in
the USA are decreasing; libraries are closing; funding for
education is being decreased for many, cut off for most. Bush2
even wants the Hubble telescope to fall to Earth rather than
rescue it: they money is better spent invading countries and
killing children.

I've never understood why we believed we would be able to win
this one. It's not as if American brains are somehow superior to
Chinese or African brains. The only objective barriers have been
nutrition and education. Withholding either is immoral; supporting
both, however, guarantees a condition where US dominance is going to
pass.
Littly duky probably can't think of a way around this problem
that doesn't involve, somehow, dismissing the problems of brown people.

How do these Christofascists expect the United States to compete in a

Sorry, bubba, but the world economy that 'rat willie was so big on is taking
engineering away from the US.

If the other guy's better than you at doing something, there's no
government policy that will fix the problem unless it somehow makes you
better at it. No trade policy can ever be more than a band-aid.
Shutting out the world economy won't bring engineering jobs back; it'll
just make a lot more people broke (the ones in businesses that still
export). The engineers need customers, and they've lost them by not
being good enough; driving those customers broke through short-sighted
trade practices won't bring them back, because they won't have any money
to pay for the engineers.

Same thing, at least if that's where your customers' priorities are.
Not good enough at getting the job done compared to what others are
managing. Of course, sometimes fraud is involved (and not infrequently
stupidity; a recent study I read in _The Economist_ determined that over
80% of recent outsourcing efforts they examined ended up costing more
than they were worth once all the other expenses besides wages were
considered), and certainly the government should step in to do something
about fraud, but interfering with the drug and abortion policies of the
states has been a higher priority for the Bush justice department than
going after any kind of corporate fraud.

You've proven through your posts that you don't care what anyone thinks!
That's is one reason that we don't think you are a Christian and only
serves
to give cause that you're not an engineer. Who can believe anything you
say?

Like I care what you think.

Yeah Puke, you're one to talk about respect. Still can't see the forest for

Acts 2
38Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every
one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the
forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive
the gift of the Holy Spirit".

Dookey's "credentials" took a huge hit when he admitted designing the
TF-30 Turbofan jet engine that cost many pilots their lives in the F14
fighter. When he defended the TF-30, he shows he's incompetentt at best,
and probably criminally negligent.

So, we now find that the United States dropped from the number 3 slot to
number 15 in per capital graduation of engineers and scientists. Thanks,
religious cult morons, for assisting in turning the US into a third world
shitheap.
