Object: Has this been scientifically proven...no...but it does definitely help us
A tool from my buddhsit studies
Meditation on Brahms - Vihara
4 Immeasurables aka Divine States of Dwelling
Meditate on limitless:
Compassion for all suffering beings.
Joy for over the salvation of others from suffering
Peace for all beings whether friend or enemy
Kindness towards all sentient beings.
Radiate the 4 immeasurables in all 4 directions as well, as above and
below you so it emanates from your being throughout the universe.
Has this been scientifically proven to bestow these blessing on
others'?
No
But it has been tested by 'practical application' to bestow these same
values we radiate within us.
If it helps others fine, but it does definitely help us in any case.
Test it today and see for yourself.
Take care,

opinions are not rational, he becomes furious when they are

We don't have to test it, it obviously doesn't work. If it worked, you
