Hebrews 4: 14-16. 6-11-2007. |
Jesus, Compassionate High Priest.
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through
the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast to our
confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to
sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been similarly tested
in every way, yet without sin. So let us confidently approach the
throne of grace to receive mercy and to find grace for timely help.

How many disciples did Christ rustle up, padre? Acts 1:15
mentions 120.
Some high priest.
... who has passed through

confession.
< chuckle! >
It sure doesn't take much to impress some people.
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to
sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been similarly tested
in every way, yet without sin.
yaaaawwwwnnnnn
Who has a better understanding of wine, padre? The one who
partakes, or the one who has not done so?
Also read:
Acts 11: 21-26; 13: 1-3.
Psalm 98: 1-6.
Matthew 5: 1-12.
Couldn't be bothered.

Josef

No response, padre? Have another couple sips of the communion
wine and get back to me. OK?
