Help send a Chickenhawk to Iraq |
Chris Arabia, a sofa-warrior at David Horowitz's frontpagemag.com,
has "volunteered" saying, "If you pay my way and my hydration,
incidentally, I'll happily go to Iraq and lend what help I can." Of
course he has yet to respond to requests that he submit a budget so
that people can begin fundraising efforts on his behalf, but
certainly a fine patriotic American like him wouldn't back out.

"The concept of military necessity is seductively broad, and
has a dangerous plasticity. Because they invariably have the
visage of overriding importance, there is always a temptation
to invoke security "necessities" to justify an encroachment
upon civil liberties. For that reason, the military-security
argument must be approached with a healthy skepticism."

Have you ever seen a Commie drink a glass of water? On no account will a
Commie ever drink water, and not without good reason.Do you realize that
fluoridation is the most monstrously conceived and dangerous communist plot
we have ever had to face? I can no longer sit back and allow communist
infiltration, communist indoctrination, communist subversion, and the
international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious
bodily fluids. --- Gen. Jack D. Ripper from the movie Dr. Strangelove

I think he believes that getting drunk would be the best contribution
he could make to the war effort.

I daresay he's probably right on that point. Most, if not all, of these
chickenhawk puss...er, heroes would get someone killed if a soldier had to
depend on them or watch out for them in a war zone.
That's why they spend so much time talking a tough game. It's all they

How is that going to help his hydration? I suspect he just wants you to
buy him one of these:

# Right.

Why should we pay for his hydration? He just needs
to let an army chaplain baptise him and accept
jeezus into his heart, and he'll get all the water
he wants.

There is a handy way for all of us to help pay for his trip and hydration.
Have him join the damn army. Where does he think out taxes are going now?
They also outfit you with guns, ammo, tanks.. all that stuff which is
pretty swish if you are in the mood to go to Iraq and kick *****.
