Hey Provoker and Bob and Carol? |
Provoker.
I forgot to tell you that while using the term 'truth based' may be a
little controversial. If you look around you at alt.athesim, people
use sensational language that is infinitely more controversial than
such a benign statement as I used.
I write in a way that appeals to me and allows me to summon tools
immediately to use throughout my day.
Just adopting terms from other people may not be as practical if they
do not speak to me.
For instance, I read a book by Deepak Chopra. I didn't really
understand much of it. And came away with nothing from that book.
So, I use words and tools that are menaigful to me.
When alt.athesim cleans up it language, then we can start to
concentrate on V's terminology.
Bob and Carol?
While I am not positive, I think you wrote a post asking where does
the atheist turn to in times of trouble?
You listed a quite few of your own speculative possibilities for them
such as work, alcohol, etc.
I searched for it but couldn't find it.
Can you or someone post the link for that thread?
