HIV Positive Boy Scout Leader Faces Sex Trial |
When the BSA attempts to remove these perverts from it's ranks, the LLL
(Looney Liberal Left) with it's ACLU mouthpiece come out in full force to
protect these peoples "rights". Is it any wonder why decent people hold
institutions such as the ACLU is such contempt?

PENNDEL, Pa. - Two judges say that a former Boy Scout leader who is HIV
positive will go on trial for allegedly having unprotected sex with a
14-year-old boy and trying to arrange for sex with a minor on the Internet.
David Mayberry also faces charges for soliciting a child for sex on the
Internet. Mayberry, 50, has been charged with eight crimes in two counties.
State agents said Mayberry confessed to meeting a teen online and engaging
in unprotected sex with a child, even though he knew he was infected with
HIV.

J. Young is lying once again - there is not one documented case of the
ACLU objecting to the BSA or any other organization keeping
pedophiles away from children.
The ACLU has simply been backing the right of decent people to not be
descriminated against, regardless of their sexual orientation, and
that puts the ACLU and liberals well above J. Young in the "morality"
and "decency" department.

Rights are ok for people who agree with you and for those that don't, they
don't have any rights?
The laws and the rights of this country are for all people not just a

Man Charged With Rape Of Child Since Girl Was 6
EASTON
An Easton man was arrested Friday on charges of repeatedly raping a girl,
beginning when she was 6.
Matthew T. Swint, 28, who listed addresses of 260 Folk St. and 615 W.
Wilkes Barre St., was sent to Northampton County Prison under $500,000
bail by District Judge Michael J. Koury Jr. of Wilson.
In addition to rape, Swint was charged with sexual assault of a child
under 13, aggravated indecent assault, indecent exposure, endangering the
welfare of children, corruption of minors, terroristic threats,
intimidation of a witness and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.
Police said the girl, who is now 9, was raped beginning in January 2003
through this month at two Easton apartments.
The girl told police Swint threatened to ''kill her'' if she told anyone
about the incidents, police said in court papers.
Police in court papers said that Swint also telephoned the girl on Feb. 1
and Feb. 10, threatening to harm her if she did not tell her mother and
the authorities that she had lied about her allegations.

What has your story to do about the ACLU?
Are you trying to deflect that a Christian Boy Scout Leader with HIV had
