At least Jughead can't be re-elected. Now all we need is an amendment to
the State Consitution barring the family from ever holding public office
again.

There's already a proposed amendment for that in the Congress, as of
February:

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to
repeal the 22nd amendment to the Constitution. (Introduced in House)
HJ 24 IH
109th CONGRESS
1st Session
H. J. RES. 24
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to
repeal the 22nd amendment to the Constitution.
IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
February 17, 2005

Mr. PALLONE) introduced the following joint resolution; which was
referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

Until this came out, I thought that Dubya was the dumbest of the litter.
Now I'm not so sure.
