How about that fipper cheap shot |
It's takes a cheap man to bring Vice President Cheney's daughter into the public eye in a
national debate.
God help the United States if he is elected President.

Cheney himself has brought her up. It's totally relevant to the gay

No he did not. He was asked about here in a more private setting. It takes a read dud of

I didn't say he brought her up in the debate. I said he "has brought" her
up. As in, at a press conference a few months ago.
What's the big deal anyway? Why is mentioning someone's lesbian daughter in
a loving and complimentary way a "cheap shot" in your book?

Because, like so many other things ardent fundies espouse, it's a lie that
conveniently suits his purpose to claim. Any sane person can see it was in no
way a "cheap shot". "Sane" excludes miserable, disgusting liars like Puke who
can't help but to try claiming _everyone_ operates at their miserable,
disgusting level.

"It's takes a cheap man to bring Vice President Cheney's daughter into

Allen Keyes has publicly stated, as part of the debate over gay
marriage, that Vice President Cheney's daughter is a "selfish hedonist"
because she's a lesbian.
So let me ask you again -- what do you think of Keyes?

Why not. Democrats in Congress has been warning that we were
vulnerable for 3 years. Like all of the other problems that the US
faces, it just wasn't on Bush's radar until the crisis hit.
Bush did take credit for being proactive and blocking import of the
tainted vacines. Of course, the British government had already stopped
the distribution of the vacines before the White House even heard
about it.
Once again, Kerry's version of events matches up with reality while
Bush's version contradicts the facts. In my mind, when a person's
statements consistantly contradicts known facts, or is consistantly
shown to be at odds with reality, that person's credibility is called
into question. In my mind, Bush and his administration has lied just a
few too many times to be trusted on anything. How is the US going to
lead the world when no one trusts the administration?

Those same Democrats have been responsible for blocking legislation that
would give liability protection to companies which produce vaccines,
thus producing the very situation that they "warned" about.

Once again, Kerry and the Democrats spin a story that would have been a
non-event if it weren't for their own short-sighted policies that
support trial lawyers in favor of vaccine manufacturers. Why should we
trust the Democrats when they are clearly opportunists who will shift
the blame for their own foolish policy?

Why not. Democrats in Congress has been warning that we were
vulnerable for 3 years. Like all of the other problems that the US
faces, it just wasn't on Bush's radar until the crisis hit.

'Realism is seductive because once you have accepted the reasonable
notion that you should base your actions on reality, you are too often
led to accept, without much questioning, someone else's version of what
that reality is. It is a crucial act of independent thinking to be
skeptical of someone else's description of reality.'-
