Nope. It's a lack of belief.
Of course, one can believe that there is no god, and that's
simply because there's no evidence to support the notion that there is
a god, and the fact that the concept of god is inchoate and
incoherent.

Even if you were right it would be a very well justified position to hold
that there is no god. There are many lines of empirical evidence that
make the existence of the judeo-xian god quite improbable, for example.
