Sadly, this is not hypocrisy, but sheer stupidity. I run into that alot
online, too. Oh, I should mention, I like to fight assumptions as well. This
post, for example, is full of both.

consideration even though he/she/it posted an obvious strawman to a large
number of groups just to get a reaction.
