Object: I AM GUILTY ONLY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT --
<
<
I am saddened to reveal I have just been served legal papers
informing me I am being sued for slander and defamation
of character.
<
I just can't understand it.
<
I have not, to my knowledge, slandered anyone or any
organization and these charges are all false. I am not
aware I have defamed anyone, even the evolutionists
who definitely deserve it..

I intend to get a good lawyer and fight this. Any suggestions
would be welcome.

Among those suing me in the class-action suit, filed in Third
District Federal Court in Harrisburg on Tuesday, are:

Man as Old as Your Coal Bucket
<
=======================================

All I said was this:
<
<
This may be extremely hard for evolutionists to accept
-- or comprehend -- but the plain simple fact is that there
isn't a shred of physical evidence confirming evolution.
<
Zilch!
<
How the Scientific Establishment could have gotten away
with such a con job for many decades boggles the mind,
and reveals how only a combination of deceit, deception,
collusion and conspiracy has enabled it to survive this long.
<
Of course, it's the result of folks under the umbrella of the
Scientific Establishment not being concerned about the pursuit
of truth but much more concerned about not making waves
in order to protect their vested interests.
<
It must be understood, however, that the evolutionists have
the backing of the major media who also have vested interests
which they must protect.
<
This explains why my discoveries of petrified bones, teeth and
soft organs (some human) plus a hand carved handle for a weapon
or tool -- turned to anthracite -- are receiving no coverage
whatsoever by the major newspapers or the major TV networks.
<
They fear, to provide worldwide publicity, will show the evolutionists
for the con men that they are and the evolution of man for the farce
that it is.
<
Need I point out that, all by my lonesome, I have accumulated more
physical evidence of man's existence during the Carboniferous Period
(a minimum of 280 million years ago) than all of the world's Natural
Hiistory museums put together.
<
=================================================
<
http://www.edconrad.com/ebay/Petrified/1tooth.jpg
<
THIS IS A GIANT PETRIFIED MAMMALIAN CANINE TOOTH DISCOVERED
BETWEEN COAL VEINS in Pennsylvania's anthracite region in strata
geologically dated at a minimum of 280 million years.
<
The photo speaks for itself and confirms, beyond the shadow of a
doubt the impossibility of the Scientific Establishment theory that
large
land animals did NOT exist on earth until eons later.
<
These discoveries were made, using coal mining maps, over the past
25 years despite incredible opposition and foul play -- deceit,
deception, collusion and conspiracy -- by the scientific community.
<
Might I also mention that I had submitted a friend-of-court brief in
the recent Dover Area School Board evolution vs. Intelligent Design
court case in Harrisburg, Pa., but it apparently was ignored.
<
http://www.edconrad.com/ebay/fossil/MVC-020F.JPG
<
BELOW ARE A FEW OTHER INCREDIBLE SPECIMENS OF BONES,
TEETH AND EVEN SOFT ORGANS (SOME HUMAN) that also were found
between anthracite veins near Mahanoy City, Shenandoah, Hazleton and
Wlkes-Barre.
<
All were recently returned from two international months-long
exhibitions -- one in Switzerland, the other in Berlin, Germany -- and
future ones planned in Japan and Las Vegas, most likely at a major
casino.
<
Additional information about these fossils, which falsify several
long-held paradigms of science, can be found at
http://www.edconrad.com which already has had more than 209,000 hits.
<
Please note that what you see has taken 25 years of hard work and
perseverance despite incredible ridicule and opposition by the
evolutionists and no coverage whatsoever from AP, UPI, Reuters,
CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, The New York Times
and Washington Post, to mention just a few.
<
It appears obvious these specimens are evidence of a earthshaking
catastrophe that blew man and animals from limb to limb during the
time that coal was being formed.

I am saddened to reveal I have just been served legal papers
informing me I am being sued for slander and defamation
of character.
<

There is no doubt. Ed is insane.
Omni Magazine, owned by Penthouse, has been out of print for a while
now. Any claim Ed makes regarding being sued by them is preposterous.
To make this up, it requires a severely demented mind. One that,
let's say, might see soft human organs petrified in 200M year old rock.

This may be extremely hard for evolutionists to accept
-- or comprehend -- but the plain simple fact is that there
isn't a shred of physical evidence confirming evolution.
<
Zilch!

And the single shred of evidence for creationism is where?

<
How the Scientific Establishment could have gotten away
with such a con job for many decades boggles the mind,
and reveals how only a combination of deceit, deception,
collusion and conspiracy has enabled it to survive this long.
<

Replace "Scientific" with "Religious," or "Christian" and you can make
the same plea against either's existance.

Of course, it's the result of folks under the umbrella of the
Scientific Establishment not being concerned about the pursuit
of truth but much more concerned about not making waves
in order to protect their vested interests.
<

Where is the evidence of "truth" in religion? There simply is NO
evidence to support a single pronouncement in Genesis.

It must be understood, however, that the evolutionists have
the backing of the major media who also have vested interests
which they must protect.
<

Huh? And these "interests" are what?

This explains why my discoveries of petrified bones, teeth and
soft organs (some human) plus a hand carved handle for a weapon
or tool -- turned to anthracite -- are receiving no coverage
whatsoever by the major newspapers or the major TV networks.
<

Yeah; right. That, and you're a f**k-up. How is anyone to honestly
accept your "findings?"

They fear, to provide worldwide publicity, will show the evolutionists
for the con men that they are and the evolution of man for the farce
that it is.
<

uh, yeah. right...

Need I point out that, all by my lonesome, I have accumulated more
physical evidence of man's existence during the Carboniferous Period
(a minimum of 280 million years ago) than all of the world's Natural
Hiistory museums put together.
<

I thought the christian stance was that the world was no more than
30,000 years old. Can't you follow your own dogma? If not, how can we
expect you to follow something as simple and logical as evolution?

THIS IS A GIANT PETRIFIED MAMMALIAN CANINE TOOTH DISCOVERED
BETWEEN COAL VEINS in Pennsylvania's anthracite region in strata
geologically dated at a minimum of 280 million years.
<
The photo speaks for itself and confirms, beyond the shadow of a
doubt the impossibility of the Scientific Establishment theory that
large
land animals did NOT exist on earth until eons later.
<

Um, yes; the photo does speak for itself. That is not a canine from
ANY mammal. It's not even a canine. To a clueless self-appointed
expert it may look so, but to someone that has actually studied
mammalian bone structure: LOL!!!

The photo speaks for itself and confirms, beyond the shadow of a

large
