I have read it. And it is good. |
Now on the fourth Harry Potter book, having devoured the first three in a
week (would have been less, but I had to fit work and sleep in, too).
Not bad at all. Now I suppose I will HAVE to see the movies, to see how
they stack up.

I wish I could get my kid to go with me to see the most recent movie - then
again, it might be too scary for a 7-year-old.

I was surprised by some of the imagery in this book--but I do like how
it's "growing up" with Harry, as it were. I'm just getting to where
they've come back home from the big Quidditch game. I keep falling over
asleep :/

lotsa good stuff in the 4th book is MIA from the movie, unfortunately.
and it's still a long movie!

and it's still a long movie!
....and everytime I start making headway in the book, I start to fall
asleep! Dammitall.

That was rather inevitable though. They could only really pick one thread

I'm impatient for book 7 though!
