Hmm, let's see. What is this NG about? Atheism?
I really don't have much to say about Atheism. But let's talk about
Larry Page and Sergey Brin, the Google kids.
Do they read Google groups?
Hey, Larry and Sergey! Let me just tell you that we, the folks that
drive the Usenet traffic that you cherish so much are getting more
than a little sick and tired of those MI-5 Persecution postings.
Mind you: I am concerned about those poor fellows that have been
(tortured? prosecuted? castrated?) Gosh, for some reason I am worried
about their wifes and kids.
But not for them.
I frankly feel that they should be branded like cattle.
And, Larry & Sergey: you are not too high on my list either.
Let's just hope that 2008 brings better, actual content to Google/and
Usenet Groups, wunderkinds.

Actually, Larry Page seems to be a pretty nice (and intelligent) guy.
Dunno about Brin.
Together they are the main force driving most of the good things that
Google does. Not that they don't make mistakes like anyone else, but it
is by far and away the best company I've ever worked for and the only one
I've ever really been proud of.
Of course, at work they're just called "Larry" and "Sergey."

The 'google story' isn't bad reading although the last couple of chapters go
nowhere. (actually, they're a bit like google).

It is OK not to have much to say about atheism, but have you ever considered
how, in that event, shutting the ***** up and going somewhere else might prevent
your reputation from sinking to the level of something one must clean from one's
shoe before going indoors?
