France refuses to go to war in Iraq:

But rather than receive protection from Allah for this refusal, what
did France get this year?
Heat:

Plague

Storms:

Floods:

So is Allah punishing France anyway for no reason at all, or is Yahweh
punishing France for *not* invading Iraq?
Obviously one or other god has to be responsible. If this same series
of catastrophes had hit France two or three thousand years ago,
writers would inevitably have ascribed it to the displeasure of the
gods, just as those plagues that hit Egypt were the result of God's
displeasure in Egypt's refusal to let the Hebrews go.
So why isn't some god's displeasure being invoked now?
Or should we, instead, be asking, why is it that Bible writers were so
clueless in reporting natural disasters? And given their ignorance,
why is it that so many Bible addicts are so clueless today?
