You're talking technicalities here, I figured we are referring to the
fully grown adult that fancies sexual relations with individuals who
have not reached physical or mental maturity to anywhere near that of
an fully developed adult, against their will.

ideally, there would be a way to gage a person's
physical/sexual/emotional/intellectual development and weigh each case
on the circumstances. But we don't have an absolute quantitative way
to do that, and as a result have to rely on the number that
constitutes age.

over the age of consent and the other slightly below it), where the
