Atheist appeals to Constitution for objective rights
Constitution appeals to creator for basis of those rights (all men are
created equal)
Therefore, every time said atheist appeals to constitution, the atheist

demonstrates a sad phenomenon: atheists are unable to beleive anything
true Christians say. It is indeed true that I was once just as blind as
you are now. But now I see.
Your inability to believe I was once an atheist demonstrates the utter
hoplessness of atheism. While blinded by atheism, atheists see it
*IMPOSSIBLE* to turn from atheism to God. It is unthinkable to them.
They cannot imagine such happening. It is a greater impossibility than
imagining themselves creating the world. It is unthinkable. So a person
who is an atheist demonstrates the utter inability of atheism to turn
to God (John 6:44, 65).
They are therefore doomed apart from God taking it upon Himself to save
them. If God does not choose to extend His marvelous grace to you to
save you from your utter depravity, you are indeed doomed!

atheists are committing terrible, terrible crimes in the sight of God.
They are doing the devil's will. In other words, they are breaking God
moral laws and are great sinners before God. If the Law of God was
properly established throughout the american society and the world
community, all atheists would be condemned - many to death because of
their death worthy crimes and because true justice would then rule
.
