Question: Why is William Jefferson of Louisiana still out of jail for his cold
cash caper?
Answer: he's a 'rat, and his brother 'rats are taking care of him.
He couldn't get a security clearance to be on the House Ways and Means
Committee, so nancyPitstop put him on the Home Land Security Committee.
Now isn't that a hoot.
