Inside the Green Zone Part 2 |
The Atlantic Monthly story "Inside the Green Zone" is available on line in
several places. Well worth reading.
It pointed out that the zone was safe because of it's size, the daily
mortars and rockets usually hit empty space.
If you read that story and then this one, this quote from the second story:
"Journalists were not taken to the bazaar because some of the wounded were
still being treated,Journalists were not taken to the bazaar because some of
the wounded were still being treated,"
makes a lot more "sense".
