Internationalize Jerusalem |
Perhaps no greater tribute could be made to the memory of His Holiness
Pope John Paul II, than to internationalize the city of Jerusalem. The
city, of course, would continue to be administered by Israel, but under
some jurisdiction of the UN. The reverence each faith holds for the
city is without question. The pontiff was a man who believed people of
all faiths could live in harmony; what better place on earth to attempt
to achieve this ideal. If peace could come to this region, it may
create a domino effect throughout the world.

In 1994 the U.S. Congress voted into law to move the U.S. Embassy to the
city of Jerusalem, the Capital of Israel. Since then no American
President has had the balls to carry out the law.
I knew he was using the wrong yardstick, but, then again, they all do.

One of the women who pushed for congress to do this and is still trying
to have the U.S. live up to its "word" and move the embassy, was at the
Security meeting this morning.

Amazing since the Jewish people have NOT been responsible for any of the

Bigger hint: the religions that evolved from Judaism and have

No, it's bigoted desperation to try to smear Judaism with the crimes of

In that case hundreds of cities and entire territories such as Rome,
Athens, Tokyo etc. also be internationalized for their significance in

What does the anti christ have to do with internationalizing
Jerusalem? Why not Internationalize London, Moscow, New York Chicago
and Washington D.C.? The last time I checked Isreal allowed a lot of
people to visit Jerusalem, even when homicide bombers were killing
people you could still find Arabs/People of the Muslem faith in
Jerusalem and except for the afore mentioned homicide bombers,
Jerusalem is fairly clean and a very safe place to visit.
A number of years ago Jerusalem was an international city, and the
graves of the dead trying to visit thier holy sites litter the
pathways of how the people lived in peace and harmony.
