Isn't any point in bothering, China is well known for not doing a damn
thing about abuse complaints. That's how we ended up with the "Great
Firewall of China" flap a while back. Companies were literally resorting
to blocking every IP that came out of China.
China's response? Demands that people stop blocking them...
