Works for me. New look though. And they're advertising "Quills," which
I thought rather good.

Still can't get it. If it's a new look maybe it was down while they
changed it and the DNS servers haven't caught up.

Are you on WinXP? You may need to flush your DNS cache if so. I
believe the command is winipcfg /flushdns

That's the problem with belief. Any belief can be wrong. 8^)
The command is ipconfig /flushdns
See http://tinylink.com/?R7OqaX4fr7
But the more likely root of the problem in this case is how the browser is
set to check for newer versions of pages stored in the Temp Internet Files

Came right up for me. May be a problem on your ISP's end.
Weirdly, Optimum Online has no network status page. I just went looking
and found complaints about them not having one instead. Dunno.
Anyway, I've seen that happen before with ISPs. Mine had a big crash out
East and for a while, a big swath of the web was pretty much unreachable.
Not all, just chunks. Very irritating.

Their customer service is first rate - their ads say so, so it must
be.
But The net isn't supposed to worry about that sort of thing. Packets
get routed by whichever route or routes and get rejoined at the other
end, dropping those which lost the race.

"Supposed to" being the operative phrase. <g>
That's all true except that if, say, a router goes belly up, you sometimes
just flat can't get there from here...
