Homosexuals do not have a right to a same-sex marriage, nor to the rights,
benefits, and privileges that society accords to married persons. Marriage
was ordained by God, who created both man and woman, and who gave them to
each other as a holy living reflection of the relationship between Christ
and His Church, and between God and His Creation. Marriage is not a human
artifice with which human persons can do as they please. A same-sex
marriage is not, in fact, a marriage but an offense against God, against
the human race, and against Creation.
