I agree, but there's something else....
One thing the anti-war speakers don't say when they finally get a
few seconds on such shows, is how their view is censored by silence.
King did not invite Sheehan on to talk about what _she_ wanted to
say, she was brought on with a limited topic range under the false
pretext of the show being "balanced".
When dissenters go on these live programs, at least a few should
take the risk of pointing out the media's censorship, how the media
won't let them on unless they limit what they agree to limit what
they say.
Of course, the risk then is being further censored by never being
invited again, but someone needs to say this.

The corporate bosses are the ones who decide what goes on the air and
what does not. It's my understanding now that even so called 'live'
shows are delayed presumably to bleep out obscenities. I wonder if
anyone has ever been bleeped for uttering the wrong political opinion?
