Italian judge throws out atheist's case, accuses him of slander |
http://edition.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/europe/02/10/italy.christ.ap/index.html
LOL... this case is funny, but it also shows that the judge is more
interested in his own catholic belief than the letter of the law.
Because the atheist suing the parish did in fact have the law on his
side.

If the judge had a smattering of balls, he'd let it go forward so the
evidence could "prove" Jesus existed. But I think he knew how the so-called
evidence for Jesus would end up in a courtroom.
It's pretty much standard to adopt Christianity and cowardice at once.

Then his head would come on the chopping block etc. etc. etc.

Very obvious. A Catholic judge in the most Catholic of countries was not
going to let this case go foreword.
It also indicates that he felt that there was no objective verifiable legal
evidence
that could refute the claims of the litigant that there is no real god.

He knew there wasn't.
