I don't know. She wrote:"I'm being threatened with eviction by my
abusive brother-in-law." Miss V was caring for an elderly aunt until
about 2 years ago. When her aunt died, she went to live with cousins
and now is, apparently, with her sister and bro-in-law. She states
that she is "mentally and physically disabled", "unable to work, clean
or drive" and "in bed most of the time" because of physical and mental
disabilities.

Not good. Not good at all. You know darn well where certain people will try
and put her.
She sounds rather defenseless at the moment. With her mental state being
what it is *and* the state of her physical well-being none to good; add her
age into the mix and boy it doesn't look pretty, does it?
