J Young Christian Morality: Baptist Man Sentenced for DUI Manslaughter After Super Bowl Game |
Yep, that vaunted Christian moral superiority
And how the hell is DUI an "accident"? what, those 6 packs just snuck
up on you?

BOSTON — A motorist who killed a Super Bowl reveler when he drove his
SUV into a crowd celebrating the New England Patriots' 2004
championship was sentenced Tuesday to six to eight years in prison.
Stanley Filoma, 26, of Boston, was convicted of manslaughter in the
death of James Grabowski, 21, on Feb. 2, 2004. Prosecutors said Filoma
was drunk and trying to get away from police when he plowed his Toyota
Land Cruiser into the crowd. Four other people were injured.
....
"What happened was definitely an accident. He's been always remorseful
for the past two years," said Estime, a youth leader at the First
Haitian BAPTIST CHURCH who has known Filoma for 15 years. "This is
definitely a compassionate young man."

Idiot. Learn to read.
They are still unrelated occurrences.
DUI is one condition, an auto accident is another thing all together.
Running from the police probably was more a cause of the accident than the
DUI.
Take your own advice now.

Wrong, again. As always.
No one believes a word of your tired attempts to defend yet another
convict with your lies.

Again you demonstrate your lack of legal savvy combined with abject
stupidity.

You talking about Bush (1 DUI conviction) or Cheney (at least 2 DUI

You're lying again, Johnny. You _know_ the driver was under the
influence when he caused the crash. Drinking and driving is no
accident, stupid.
