After four days of trial in Oakland County Circuit Court, jurors
decided that Perry, a kindergarten teacher at Key Elementary School in
Oak Park, pulled two boys, ages 4 and 5, into a classroom during a
lunch break last October and forced them to perform oral sex on him,
and he fondled them. The boys were not his students.

"What happened here? How could this happen?" Correll said, fighting
tears after the jurors left the courtroom. He hugged Perry's father,
James Perry Sr., and Perry's PASTOR, the Rev. Marjorie Lyda of the
