Almost three years after their 18-year-old son and brother, Dennis
James Wheeler, was killed in a car crash in Middletown, the Wheelers
say it has been difficult to recover from their loss. On Nov. 21,
2003, Dennis Wheeler was a passenger in a car driven by an
acquaintance, Joseph Baccellieri, who admitted to drinking while
underage and driving and is serving a three-year prison sentence.
