WEST HARTFORD -- A 38-year-old former West Hartford man has been
charged with forcing sex on a 14-year-old girl who baby-sat his
children at his Common Drive home in 2001.

tried to have sex with her, she told police. She told him NO, and he
stopped when she started to cry. At another point in the summer, she
tried to get up when he tried to FORCE sex on her, but he pushed her

ABUSING the girl. They started having sex in June 2002. He visited the
girl, who attended the same CHURCH and bowled with his family, at her
Granby home while her parents were out. Authorities say they had sex
more than 100 times.
