Authorities say Ramsey hit the child, who was then 2, while he was in
her care. The incident occurred Aug. 31, 2004.
According to police reports she told the boy’s parents the child fell
and a grill fell on top of him, causing the injuries. The blows
resulted in several loop-shaped bruises on his legs.

Ramsey will be allowed to leave home to attend CHURCH services and
receive medical treatment. She must also pay for the electronic
bracelet.

'Sin' is purely a religious concept. There is no such thing as sin except in
the minds of religious people.
What she did was to violate the 'law' and should be punished accordingly. No
god will punish her for what she did
(except in the imaginations of religious types).
