A former Lutheran pastor and counselor who climbed in trees and on top
of his children’s swing set to tape unsuspecting guests at his home
was convicted Tuesday of two misdemeanors and sentenced to 60 days in
jail.
Gregory M. Briehl still faces possession of child pornography charges,
but at Tuesday’s hearing in Albemarle County General District Court he
pleaded no contest to secretly videotaping mostly women using a
handheld video camera and a hidden video camera.
