Now, to answer your question, the posting implies other Christians are
racist because the poster has used the word "another" to suggest there
are other Christians who are racist who are as yet unspecified.

The posting also implies Christians in general are racist by using the
triple K instead of a C to write out the word Christian. I'm sure you,
as someone who can read, will recognize the KKK misspelling as a
reference to the Klu Klux Klan, widely regarded as a racist
organization.

By melding the KKK with the word Christian, the poster
has in essence attempted to equate them, implying that Christians in
general are racist.
