In May, Hutcherson was found guilty of using a Falwell ministries
donation intended for a church charity to pay personal debts. He was
also convicted of stealing from two Social Security recipients to pay
for personal household items.

Since the conviction, he lost his position as mayor and as PASTOR of
Trinity United Methodist CHURCH , put his funeral business up for sale
and checked into a residential treatment center for alcohol and other
problems.

from Jim Bakker).
