Jason Gastrich threatens me! |
First before I say anything Jason seems a bit rubbed off that I have
been criticizing him publicly. He somehow feels more powerful than me
so he sees the need to threaten me.
I will say that Gastrich cant do a thing about hard criticism. I've
already spoken to a lawyer at Prepaid legal (very very good for the
price) and they told me that in California anyone can call, email, write
up anyone and say whatever they want without consequences. A
restraining order which Gastrich threatens would be useless since he
would have to prove so many things that he cannot. He would have to
prove that I am a physical threat which I am not. I have a clean slate
on my record. Although I have been falsely acussed of things by people
and some PD before in the past not one time have I been to court or have
I been convicted of any charges people have brought up against me.
Some accused me of conspiracy to commit a crime but there was no hard
evidence as all I was doing was trick or treating in a very wealthy
neighborhood. Yes I scared many with my bald head and beard so some
called the cops on me and claimed I was going to kidnap and murder their
children or something crazy like that.
But the cops found no hard evidence to such bogus claims. they the
suggested I trick or treat in another neighborhood and I left. After
this I spoke with a Lawyer who said I could have charged the PD. But I
did not press charges.
I remember at a former employer where I was terminated I threatened to
bring legal action against them. And at that they said they might call
the police on me.
Another time I threatened to bring a matter to corporate at a company,
and the employee threatened to call the cops on me because of this. I
then asked a cop later and he said I had committed no crime in anyway
shape, or form.
The truth is that millions of americans do not know the law and
understand what a credible and non credible threat is.
Gastrich cant stand my criticism of him and exposing of his many lies
which I might do with a website.
Looking at his website there are many many lies.

You cant even prove anything I have said to you is threatening.
Its only hard criticism that you refuse to accept.
Jason have you ever wondered why you have so many problems with people
and why you are so disliked?
Jason people want to give you a chance but your narcisstic self worship
attitude will get you no where.

Your problem is that you care what he thinks. Why do you read what he
writes? Why do you associate with him in any way? Anyone who hangs around
him for more than a week is a sycophant, and you should drop them too.

I am trying for perhaps the dozenth time to get through BJ's thick

Yet still making the ATTEMPT, since he CLAIMS to be my brother in the
faith.
It's called "going the last mile."
Ever heard of that concept?
Or are you one who prefers to just stand back and throw rocks and make
"cute" remarks?
