• John Safran vs The Spirit of Things
John Safran is the man who convinced an Islamic cleric to issue a
fatwa on Rove McManus over a fake case of blasphemy. He's also trained
to be a monk at a Japanese Zen Buddhist temple, and infiltrated the
Freemasons. They're some of the unusual experiences the maverick film-
