Object: Just Before You Die
Researchers in India some time back studied the experiences of people close to death.
It was found that Hindus tended to have hallucinations/dreams of characters from the
Hindu religion, Christians were visited by characters from the Christian religion - and
atheists described meeting deceased family members or friends. (Muslims weren't
mentioned in the research).

I think I read somewhere (maybe our resident medical experts can enlighten
further) that when the body feels itself dying, endorphins are released that
work in a similar way to narcotics, creating euphoria and
hallucinations..and of course those visions will be formed by the life
experiences and mind set of the person.

They are a form of land crab known as "Robber Crabs".
(Birgus Latro)
It is closely related to the Hermit Crab, so you are spot on there.
The Enforcer of the crab world.
You wouldn't want to get one of these in your undies.
They eat coconuts.
Crack them open with their huge muscular claws.
They can snap a man's arm in two fairly easily.
Encyclopaedia Brittanica:
"Adults can reach around 1 metre (40 inch) from head to tail, and
weigh about 17kg (37 lbs)."
Piccies, including one climbing a coconut tree to get breakfast:

They would have tattoos and ride Harleys if they could.
