L.A. Gay Sentenced For Assaulting Five Teenage Boys |

LOS ANGELES A convicted sex offender has been effectively given a life
sentence for assaulting five teenage boys while on parole.
James Marcus Russell of Los Angeles was sentenced Friday in Superior Court
to consecutive terms of 79 years in prison and 106 years to life.
Russell was paroled in 2002 after serving part of a 16-month sentence for a
sex crime.
He was arrested last year in connection with an attack on two boys in
Redondo Beach after police said they matched his D-N-A from a sex offender
database.
He also was charged with 2004 attacks on three other boys, ages 15 and 17,
in Los Angeles and Long Beach.
A jury in October convicted Russell of 11 counts, including kidnapping to
commit sodomy.

particular sex offender is gay, then produce an adult of the same sex
that he's either had sex with, or tried to pick up, or at least tried
to date.
The result of Young's effort to target gays will be more boys being
abused as the idiot public looks for the sex offenders in the wrong
place, letting the real menances to society go on with their
"business."
That does however, fit the Republican modus operandi (such as trying
to catch Osama by attacking Iraq, which had nothing to do with Osama).

Not really. Most child molesters are hetero, the molestation not really
being a sex crime per se (even though it manifests itself by way of a sexual
act), but a crime of violence, like rape of an adult female. In other
words, it isn't so much about the sex, rather the power over the victim.
It's rather complicated and I don't claim to have all the current
information (I spend my time on more pleasant pursuits), but that's my
understanding.

Wallace, Idaho (AHN) - A court has sentenced an Idaho man to two life
terms in prison without the chance of parole for raping and stabbing his
12-year-old daughter.
The victim looked at John Rollins Tuggle, 37, as she read an angry
statement to the court about her ordeal.
"You left me to die and for that you do not deserve life," she says. "I
will remove your actions from my mind, as I've already removed you from my
heart."
First District Judge Fred Gibler says at Monday's sentencing that by
pleading guilty to rape and kidnapping with a deadly weapon, Tuggle took
responsibility for his crimes and spared the victim from the ordeal of a
trial, reports the AP.
"Other than those two things, its hard to find anything positive to state
about Mr. Tuggle," Gibler says.
Tuggle had just completed a nine-year prison sentence for the rape of his
ex-wife's 13-year-old sister when the attack occurred last July.
He went to visit his former wife and children to beg for a reconciliation.
Tuggle took the girl to the woods on July 20, tied her up and raped her at
knife-point, said Shoshone County Prosecuting Attorney Michael F. Peacock.
After the rape, he stabbed the girl in the throat, breast and abdomen. He
then cut the ropes off her hands and smoked two cigarettes while she bled.
The girl was found by campers who heard the girl crying for help, reports
the AP. Police arrested Tuggle a week later when he emerged from the woods
searching for food.

Fact of the matter is that molestation or sex with minors is condoned far
more in the gay community than among straights. Having been brought up in a
liberal family in southern California as a teenager, I was taught to be very
open-minded and very accepting of the behavior of gays. However, my attitude
changed greatly as I wound up getting more and more exposure (no pun
intended) to the "gay lifestyle". I once lived in an apartment building
where 50-60% of the occupants were single gay males in their 20's, 30's, and
40's. I had no "phobia" of them, as I never felt personally threatened by
them whatsoever. However, I began noticing that there was a tendency of many
of the occupants to bring 14,15 and 16 year-old boys to come over to their
places - alone, with no parents, and even overnight. Visting my neighbors
and seeing one of them coming out of a bedroom with a young buy who was in
tears and covering his face was bad enough, but the fact that the neighbors
accepted this activity, and started harrassing me after I called the police
to ask them to investigate what was going on, was too much for me. As far as
I'm concerned, gays are more interested in protecting their coveted "victim"
status that insisting on accountability from their own... :O|

12-year-old daughter.
The victim looked at John Rollins Tuggle, 37, as she read an angry
statement to the court about her ordeal.
"You left me to die and for that you do not deserve life," she says. "I
will remove your actions from my mind, as I've already removed you from my
heart."
First District Judge Fred Gibler says at Monday's sentencing that by
pleading guilty to rape and kidnapping with a deadly weapon, Tuggle took
responsibility for his crimes and spared the victim from the ordeal of a
trial, reports the AP.
"Other than those two things, its hard to find anything positive to state
about Mr. Tuggle," Gibler says.
Tuggle had just completed a nine-year prison sentence for the rape of his
ex-wife's 13-year-old sister when the attack occurred last July.
He went to visit his former wife and children to beg for a reconciliation.
Tuggle took the girl to the woods on July 20, tied her up and raped her at
knife-point, said Shoshone County Prosecuting Attorney Michael F. Peacock.
After the rape, he stabbed the girl in the throat, breast and abdomen. He
then cut the ropes off her hands and smoked two cigarettes while she bled.
The girl was found by campers who heard the girl crying for help, reports

David Allen Coker, who impregnated his teenage stepdaughter and later forced
her to stand in church and confess she was an unwed mother -- while he hid
the fact that he was the baby's father -- deserved what he got, members of
the victim's family said.
Following a heated courtroom exchange with Mobile County Circuit Judge Rick
Stout on Dec. 15, Coker received a 10-year sentence for incest, the maximum
penalty allowed for the crime.
Coker's guilty plea came in early November, just minutes before he was
scheduled to go on trial on rape, sodomy and incest charges. In light of the
incest plea, rape and sodomy charges were dropped.

That's not true at all. The truth is that many anti-gay people want to take
stories about men molesting little boys, with no proof whatsoever that they
men are even gay, and then make those isolated incidents representative of
the entire homosexual population. Every homosexual that I personally know
comdemns any type of pedophilia, 100%. Do you have a credible non-biased
cite for your claim that a "sizable" portion of homsosexual condone
pedophilia?

A) if both males are consenting adults with a full appreciation of what
they are doing are gay if: i) they both consider themselves to be gay, But
not if ii) either one does not consider himself to be gay.
A homosexual act does not make a homosexual.
B) if the motive is power by one party over the other without consent: i)
if the unconsenting person is in fear of the implications then it is rape,
and that person is not automatically gay. Either way, a crime has been
committed, ii) if the unconsenting person is a child without any
appreciation of the consequences, then it is not automatic that the person
enforcing the act(s) is doing so from motives of being in a state of
psychological superiority, and it is from that "power game" that the person
derives his pleasure, and not the act of sex itself.
Again, a homosexual act does not make a homosexual.
Paedorasts (paedophiles) are offenders because they take advantage of a
child in the same way a male rapist takes advantage of a woman - it is a
psychological power game, and it is from that activity the perpetrator
gains pleasure or satisfaction, and not the sex act itself.
This is why the "she was asking for it" defence does not wash with
prosecutors, juries or judges (in the main) anymore.
As children, we are not expected to understand the full consequences of our
actions. As adults, we are expected to protect children from harm, and
have no excuse to fail that duty of care.
Those who simply think that paedorasts (paedophiles) are 'gay' ignore the
offenders who molest girls in their argument. By doing so, they do not
appreciate the complexity of the psychology of the offenders.
By your logic, an adult male who molests a boy is gay, therefore an adult
male who molests a girl is hetrosexual.
This simply is not the case at all, and is offensive on so many levels.

One can not take the actions of one person and apply it to the whole
group just because you have latent feelings for that group.
Your logic could be used to say that just because the entire Republican

Church Hill man accused of sexual battery of 14-year-old

CHURCH HILL - A Church Hill man who reportedly brought a 14-year-old girl
to his home Friday under the pretense of a baby-sitting job has been
arrested for allegedly giving the girl drugs and alcohol and sexually
assaulting her.
Jonathan Paul Gilliam, 22, 106 Fairview Ave., Lot 15, allegedly admitted
to police he went to get the girl and brought her home because "he needed
someone to hold him because of his wife leaving," according to the arrest
warrant.
Gilliam is now charged with sexual battery on a minor and contributing to
the delinquency of a minor. He remained lodged in the Hawkins County Jail
on Monday on $10,000 bond.
Church Hill Police Department Detective Dustin Dean told the Times-News
Monday that Gilliam went to the girl's house Friday evening and asked her
mother if the girl could come to his home overnight to assist him and his
wife in watching their infant child. Dean said Gilliam was acquainted with
the victim and her family, having been neighbors at one time, and the girl
had baby-sat for Gilliam in the past.
The girl told police, however, that when she arrived at Gilliam's
residence she found that Gilliam's wife and baby were gone, as were all of
their belongings.
"(The girl) stated that after a short while Gilliam began drinking and
began fondling her and attempting to kiss her," Dean said. "She said this
went on for several hours, and each time she attempted to leave Gilliam
would state he was responsible for her and refused to let her go out the
door."
Dean said the girl was allegedly given a drink by Gilliam, which she said
tasted funny. She was also allegedly given prescription sleeping pills.
Dean said the girl told police she went to bed around 9 p.m. and when she
woke up the next morning she was naked.
The next day she was taken by her family to the emergency room, where she
was examined and administered a rape kit. Dean said additional charges are
pending return of the rape kit from the crime lab.
Dean and CHPD Sgt. Chad Mosely interviewed Gilliam on Saturday, at which
time he allegedly admitted to giving the girl alcohol and sleeping
medication. Gilliam also allegedly admitted that he "held" the girl and
kissed her on the jaw.
