Law will bar undocumented aliens from receiving benefits |
Liberals will cry about how heartless such a law is. What they will not tell
you is that these people should not be here in the first place. They are
here unlawfully, thereby that makes them criminals. Disadvantaged American
women and children are being deprived of resources that rightfully belongs
to them. This law is clearly pro-American, pro-woman, and pro-child.

Law will bar undocumented aliens from receiving Virginia benefits
RICHMOND, Va. -- A new Virginia law bars undocumented immigrants from
receiving state-funded benefits, the latest legislative effort to harness
the state's growing illegal immigrant population.
The law, effective Jan. 1, restricts anyone unable to furnish a Social
Security number from tapping Medicaid, temporary assistance for needy
families and a handful of other state and local programs.
Proponents who debated the legislation in the General Assembly said the
restrictions could save the commonwealth millions.

Colin, you have to understand these "aliens are taking all the good

guys are really only using undocumented workers as an excuse why they,

Amusing, since you know nothing about me other than you disagree with
my position on some subjects. Yet this somehow makes me a loser with
a life filled with failure. A life you know nothing about.
Somehow I suspect we would not agree on the definitions of either
success or failure.
I stand by my position. I said years ago we should use the military
as border guards.
And the solution to illegal entry is simple. You catch them,
fingerprint them, and ship them back. The first time. The second time
you catch them you throw the body over the fence as an example for the
others.

Law will bar undocumented aliens from receiving Virginia benefits
RICHMOND, Va. -- A new Virginia law bars undocumented immigrants from
receiving state-funded benefits, the latest legislative effort to
harness
the state's growing illegal immigrant population.
While this is clearly off-topic I must admit I totally agree with you
on this. The law simply does not go far enough.
There should be a legal requirement with no option to bring all
illegals to the attention of the INS whenever and however they are
identified. By no option I mean failure to do so under any
circumstances and for any reason at all would be a statutory crime.
They should of course be promptly deported upon identification, again
with no option. I also support the law that blocks citizenship for
any children born to illegals.
Ooooohhh irony :)
Apparently Attila doesn't mind politicians wiping their asses with the
Constitution, in this case he's encouraging it.
Wiping ones ***** with your constitution in nothing to worry about. It's the
American constitution we need to worry about and constitutionally we have a
right to repel the foriegn invaders by any means.

Law will bar undocumented aliens from receiving Virginia benefits
RICHMOND, Va. -- A new Virginia law bars undocumented immigrants from
receiving state-funded benefits, the latest legislative effort to
harness
the state's growing illegal immigrant population.

Do you mean as in:
Article V
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it
necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the
application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states,
shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either
case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this
Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of
the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the
one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress;
provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one
thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first
and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that
no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage
in the Senate.

Thank you, your point was good too, just not the one I was making at
that moment. :) see my other post on "illegal aliens" re: farm
workers. The line that "them beaners are taking good American jobs" is a
lie, the reason there's a market for "illegal aliens" is because "good
Americans" won't do the jobs for the wages that aliens will. Knowing
your love of words did you ever think about the phrase "illegal aliens"?
That's not a correct characterization of them, they're undocumented
workers, their status as aliens isn't legal or illegal, they're
undocumented alien workers :) Don't you just hate it when people mangle
English because they're too stupid or lazy to use it correctly? :)

If they are not American citizens they are aliens, and if they did not
enter the country legally they are here illegally. Ergo, illegal
aliens. Once called wetbacks because they would actually swim the Rio
Grande river.
Just what is a 'documented worker'? A worker who is legally present
to hold a job? That would make a worker who is 'undocumented' not
being legally present to hold a job.
The fact is that your 'undocumented worker' broke American law to even
be in the country and therefore should be treated as any criminal
would be treated. If brought to legal attention in any way either
imprison them or send them back where they came from. No exceptions
for any reason. But fingerprint them first and build a database to
throw the book at repeat offenders.
If their intention is to earn money they will learn quickly that they
will earn very little in jail and then deported.

Like most people my life has consisted of both success and failure.
You do not know me, and know nothing of the details of my life. It is
therefore impossible for you to know what my successes and failures
actually are, especially since I suspect we would not even agree on
their definitions.
I stand by my position of enforcing the laws that control entry and
residence in the US. Otherwise, why even have them?
I advocate the legal changes necessary to require at least one parent
to be a citizen in order for a child to be a citizen.

The whole point of keeping illegals illegal is to have a cheap, disposable

have a right to repel the foriegn invaders by any means.
They are America's cheap labor force; we need to kiss _their_ *****.
Actually, we need to stop the corporate exploitation by putting in a
worker visa program.
but but but that would put a dent in the Christian God $$$$$.
The whole point of keeping illegals illegal is to have a cheap, disposable
work force that can be abused with impunity. Everything else is a smoke
screen.

Law will bar undocumented aliens from receiving Virginia benefits
RICHMOND, Va. -- A new Virginia law bars undocumented immigrants
from receiving state-funded benefits, the latest legislative effort
to harness
the state's growing illegal immigrant population.
The law, effective Jan. 1, restricts anyone unable to furnish a
Social Security number from tapping Medicaid, temporary assistance
for needy families and a handful of other state and local programs.
Proponents who debated the legislation in the General Assembly said
the restrictions could save the commonwealth millions.

Living where I do I'm always hearing about how "illegal aliens are
taking jobs from hard working Americans", that, of course, is *****
"hard working Americans" won't pick Lima Beans bent over in the sun all
day long for $0.30 a bushel and using union labor here (farms are
unionized here) would raise the prices of produce so high that no one
could afford it anymore. Fortunately so far ConAgra isn't a major force
here yet so there are still family farms / orchards here. If I won the
lottery and wanted to buy some land to build a house on there's a
strawberry field I know of that the owners are trying to hold on to.
Roadside strawberry booths aren't as profitable as they once were and
this last year they were reduced to "pick it yourself" sales. It's
really sad there used to be so many family farms and ranches here when I
was a kid. I don't think the home developers like Pardee Homes (just one
there are many) will be happy until every inch of San Diego county is
under concrete or asphalt, considering that part of the Cleveland
National Forrest is in SD county I'm sure you'll understand my concern.
The good news (sort of in a cockeyed sort of way) new home sales are
down for the end of 05.
