Many of these were eyewitness reports by FBI agents, not to FBI agents.

But the point, Fred, is that you don't seem to *want* to know whether these
things are true. They could be false but does it not give you pause that
suddenly America is being accused right and left of torture tactics, when

expects
that new allegations of prisoner abuses in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay,
Cuba would "be taken seriously," the White House said Tuesday.
"They need to be fully investigated," White House spokesman Scott
McClellan said, referring to newly-released government documents that
portray abuse of prisoners by American military personnel in Iraq and
in a US military base in Guantanamo.
...The documents...cover a two-year period that ended in August...
Oooooh - now that made everything better and now we can all trust the
US to not torture anyone ever again.
Since we have yet to establish that "The US" actually *tortured*
anybody, I'd say that's a reasonable statement.

be "torture".
For those not in the know, waterboarding involves tying a victim to a
long board and balancing them 1/2 over a tank of water... then lifting
their feet so their head goes under water. Everytime they come UP,
you ask a question... wrong answer or no answer and you go back under
longer.
The US GOVERNMENT approves of this because "we have no intention of
harming the prisoner". Imagine yourself in the victim's place and
tell us you're not being terrorized or tortured.

No way did I want to see anyone hurt. They were people, lost souls,
climbing their towers to god. Albeit they were headed in the wrong
direction. There for the grace of God go I... The most surprising
thing to me is who's behind it. Bush I trained Osama, Bush II used
him. Bush has made the permanent, fatal error for your Land.
I saw the poetry of the hit. Like the escape of air from a punctured
plastic basketball; America leaking energy, never to be the same
again. The turning point already passed.
A time for your education. But still you hang onto your old murderous
ways.
How then to stop you? I'm just a chronicler, greater minds than I,
with greater power and resources ponder this very question.
If America wins its wars it will be because there are only Americans
left. Given they represent only 4% of the population, this is highly
unlikely.
