Iraq are certain that the American people are going to get fed up with
the continuing fatalities and demand that we withdraw from Iraq.
This, of course, would lead to a return of Saddam Hussein and an
increased threat to the safety of each and every American. The

Republican conservatives, and the invasion of Iraq was broadly

fundamentalist clerics before long after we finally leave. If that
is so our threat will be substantially greater.
Meantime, we have lost far more people in Iraq after 9/11 than we have
at home. Our threat level is already greater.

I have no love for Hussein, but it was stupid to remove him. He kept
Iraq from becomming a second Iran. We would have been smarter to
invade Iran. Those are the bastards supporting and training
terrorists. Defeating Iraq just made the ***** shiites stronger.
We already had Hussein boxed up pretty well. What was the point in
